Mitchell Estimating is the collision repair industry's most complete estimating solution for body shops and independent adjusters. With the most comprehensive database in the industry, Mitchell Estimating helps you consistently and quickly create high-quality and accurate estimates.
This Help system provides information and support for the tasks you do on a day-to-day basis. You can follow the Contents tab on the left from top to bottom to find information about your standard workflow in Mitchell Estimating. Start at the top for information about first-time setup for communication and EMS import/export. Next is information about system setup and maintenance. Then, you'll find information about day-to-day workflow: assignments and estimates, adding parts, labor, and additional items to estimates, supplementing and correcting estimates, and finalizing and uploading estimates.
