Understand Assignment Status

Assignment status appears in the Assignment Status column on the All Jobs tab. It indicates how far along the assignment is.

Status	Meaning
NEW	The assignment was received from the insurance company, and work on it hasn't started.
IN PROGRESS	The assignment is being worked on, and hasn't been submitted to the insurance company yet.
SENT	The assignment was submitted to the insurance company and is pending review.
APPROVED	The assignment was submitted to the insurance company, and they approved it.
REJECTED	The assignment was submitted to the insurance company, but it requires modifications.
