Parts Provider: OPSTrax

OPSTrax is an online service that provides collision repairer shops with a source for procuring parts from leading OEM dealers, parts recyclers, and alternative parts suppliers. If you are licensed for OPSTrax, you can access it directly from an estimate in Mitchell Cloud Estimating.

How to

There is an initial setup required for your repair shop to use OPSTrax with Mitchell Connect. After you complete the initial setup, you do not have to do any additional configuration or sign-in to the OPSTrax account.

You can send uncommitted estimate data to OPSTrax and launch the OPSTrax website directly from Mitchell Cloud Estimating. Complete the OPSTrax workflow to source or order any part on your estimate. The part updates you make are automatically sent to Mitchell Cloud Estimating, where you can apply the part changes to the estimate.

  1. Dans le panneau de Navigation dans Mitchell Connect, cliquez sur Paramètres.
  2. Click Part Providers.
  3. Click the Login link next to OPSTrax to launch the OPSTrax login window.
  4. Enter your OPSTrax credentials to login.
  5. Click Done at the top of the Part Providers page.
  6. Navigate to the Jobs list page.
  7. Create a new job.
  8. Create a new estimate.
  9. Add parts/repair lines to the estimate.
  10. On the Estimate page, click Send to OPSTrax. If OPSTrax is not the selected parts provider:
    1. Click the drop-down menu icon next to the Send To button and select Send to OPSTrax from the list.
    2. Click Send to OPSTrax again.

      3. Note: When you click Send To in Mitchell Cloud Estimating to send parts data to the selected part provider, a spinning wheel icon will appear next to the button (grayed out and not clickable) to indicate the data is being sent.

  11. On the Estimate page, you will see a blue Parts have been sent to OPSTrax notification. Click the Visit OPSTrax link to open the OPSTrax website in a new browser window.
  12. Complete the OPSTrax site workflow. When it is complete, you will see a .Your order has been sent! notification.
  13. Return to the Mitchell Cloud Estimating browser window. Wait 15 seconds or refresh your browser to see the notification that indicates parts data has been sent to Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
  14. Apply the OPSTrax parts data to your estimate.
  15. Click the View Now button from the banner to launch the parts reconciliation process.
  16. Select the part changes you want to apply to the estimate and click the Update Estimate button.
  17. Verify that the OPSTrax selected parts have been applied to the estimate.
