Included Operations

All base model items on or attached to panel being replaced |
Remove caulking/seam sealer for panel R&R. Replacement of caulking/seam sealer to obtain water sealing properties of the panel seams

Loosen and pull back carpet and/or insulation as required |
|
•
|
Replace clip type moulding for base model vehicle |
|
•
|
Remove and replace glass |
Not Included Operations
|
•
|
Remove and/or apply: Anti-corrosion rust resistant materials |
|
•
|
Replace roof rails and header panels |
|
•
|
Remove and replace sleeper assembly (non-integral) |
|
•
|
Remove and replace interior trim |
|
•
|
Remove and install or replace: Header assembly, Cabinets, Bunks, TV, Ice boxes, Refrigerators, Vertical exhaust system, Satellite & bracket, Cab extender |

|
Replace sound deadening |
|
•
|
Remove and install adhesive exterior trim; add to clean and retape |
|
•
|
Replace new adhesive exterior trim; deduct one-half of R&R time |
|
•
|
Install stripes, decals, transfers or overlays |
|
•
|
Drill installation holes |
|
|
Apply caulking/seam sealer for additional sound deadening and/or to replicate original factory appearance, texture or color
|
IMPORTANT REMINDER: No back or quarter glass (if applicable), or flush mounted reveal mouldings can be removed without the possibility of breakage or damage that will require replacement. Agree beforehand who will incur the charge for damage occurring during normal R&R and R&I operations.
NOTE: Labor time for outer panels are with bolted parts and sleeper removed, inner panel times are with interior trim and outer panels removed.
