Note: If you are not able to view the Preferences or System Configuration selections from the System Info menu (described in the procedure below), you will need to log on to UltraMate (Standalone version) as Administrator, e.g., using Mitchell for both the User ID and Password.
On the System Info menu, click Preferences.
On the Import/Export tab, select Review File Export.
Select all of the Enable Review File Export options, including Use Full Filename.
Set your Export Directory to C:\MITCHELL\ACES\REVIEW.
(Optional) Set the Days Before Deleting Review Files.
Most shops set this to 30 days to prevent a build up of unnecessary files. If review files are needed for any reason after 30 days, review files can be created manually from the estimate.
Click OK to save your selections.
Note: If you receive a message asking you to create the Export Directory, click OK. This will create the directory.
Before you can upload your estimate review files, you must commit your estimate.
