Use the filter controls to search the Estimates and Assignments tabs.
How to
Select the Show Latest Revisions Only check box.
Click the column headings to toggle between ascending and descending order. An arrow icon appears in the column heading to identify the current sort order.
- Select the Enable Date Filtering check box.
- Enter the Saved Date From and To dates
- Click Apply Filter. The files that meet the filter criteria appear in the list.
- Click a column heading. The Find field is set to that column.
- In the Find field, enter the information you want to locate. As you type, the focus moves to the first record that matches your criteria.
- Click Apply Filter. The files that meet the find criteria appear in the list.

Enable Date Filtering |
Select this check box to enable the date range fields. The dates refer to the date the estimate or assignment was saved. Use the calendar button to select a date or manually enter the date. |

Show Latest Revisions Only |
Select this check box to display only the latest revision of each estimate listed. Clear the check box to show all revisions to an estimate. This check box is selected by default and can be used with all other filter controls. It is not available on the Assignments tab. |

Sort Order |
Date columns are sorted in ascending order. Alphabetic columns are sorted in ascending order with blank names at the top, followed by the list in alphabetical order. An arrow in the column heading indicates if the column is sorted in ascending or descending order. |

Find Estimate ID |
Enter a specific estimate or assignment number. The search is not case sensitive. |
