Inspection Tab

Use the Inspection tab to review and enter the name and location where the estimate is being written.

Note: This tab appears for independent adjusters and insurance companies.

Inspection Site

A brief description of the inspection site. Maximum field length is 80 characters.

Address 1

Address 2

The street address of the inspection site. Address 1 maximum field length is 35 characters.

City/State/Zip

The city, state, and ZIP code where the inspection site is located. City maximum field length is 30 characters. ZIP maximum field length is 10 characters.

Inspection Date

The date of the inspection.

International Format

Select this check box to display the Country Code field (maximum length is five numbers). The default setting is unselected.

Note: Country code information entered into the field is retained if the check box is later unchecked. Country code information in an imported estimate is retained, but the field is hidden if the check box is not selected.

Phone 2

Enter the Area Code (up to five numbers), the Local number (up to eight numbers), and extension (up to five numbers).
