Note: This tab appears for independent adjusters can keep track of their expenses incurred in the estimating process.

Comparison Estimate |
When comparing two estimates, enter the amount to be used for comparison. |

Lowest Estimate |
Enter the amount of the lowest estimate for the repair. |

Agreed Upon Amount |
Enter the amount that all parties have agreed to for the repair. |

Variance |
If there is a “variance” to be accounted for, enter the amount. |

Betterment |
The amount of betterment on this estimate. |

Total Variance |
The system computes this total as: Lowest Estimate - Agreed Upon Amount + Variance + Betterment. |

The total travel expenses incurred in the performance of the estimate. |
