Job Information Tab

Use the Job Information tab to track referral information and business sources for the estimate.

Reference

Ordered	If the parts have been ordered for this job, select this check box.
Rec'd Date	The date the job was received.
Job Source	The source of business for this estimate.
Needed By	The date by which the job must be completed.
File Number	The file tracking number assigned to this estimate.
Referred By	If this job was the result of a referral, the person (or company) that referred the estimate to you.
Final Submitted	Select this check box to indicate that this version of the estimate/supplement is the final bill. This marks the estimate/supplement as Final for processing and prints the word Final on the report header.
Date	The date field is system generated when the Final Submitted check box is selected.
