Deactivate a User Account

Deactivate a user account to temporarily turn it off without deleting it from Mitchell Connect entirely.

A deactivated account can't be modified, but it remains on the User Accounts list so you can easily activate it again.

How to

  1. Dans le panneau de Navigation dans Mitchell Connect, cliquez sur Paramètres.
  2. Sur la page Paramètres, under User Accounts, double-click a user to open their account.
  3. Click to clear the Active User check box and deactivate the account.

  4. Click Done to save your work and return to the Settings page, where the user account is now listed as INACTIVE.
