Activate a User Account

Any user account that was deactivated can be activated. For easy access, deactivated accounts remain on the User Accounts list.

Once an account is active again, you can modify it (change the password and edit user details).

How to

  1. Dans le panneau de Navigation dans Mitchell Connect, cliquez sur Paramètres.
  2. Sur la page Paramètres, under User Accounts, double-click a user to open their account.
  3. Select the Active User check box to activate the account.

  4. Click Done to save your work and return to the Settings page, where the user account is now listed as ACTIVE.
