RO Report Options Preferences

Use the RO Report Options preferences tab to define the default format for work orders and purchase orders.

Note: The RO Report Options preferences tab is available when you have ShopPak installed.

How to

  1. On the System Info menu, click Preferences.
  2. On the Preferences dialog box, click the RO Report Options tab.

Reference

Work Order

Print Labor Hours

Select a format for printing work order labor hours: All, Totals Only, or None.

Print Part Price

Select the check box to include the part prices on each work order.

Purchase Order

Include Part Prices

Select the check box to include the part prices on each purchase order.

Include Part Numbers

Select the check box to include the part numbers on each purchase order.

Include Tax ID

Select the check box to include the tax ID on each purchase order.
