Repair Data
Use ShopPak to convert an estimate into a repair order.
When ShopPak is installed, the Parts Tracking dialog box displays the detail for each part. You can order parts from a selected vendor and print a purchase order. You can also:
- Track parts on estimates and repair orders
- Create purchase orders, parts worksheets, and work orders
- Create a final bill
- Run production and administrative reports
ShopPak is a value-added option. To purchase and activate the option, contact your Mitchell representative.
How to
Access the Parts Tracking dialog box
- In an open estimate, calculate the estimate.

On the Estimate menu, click Parts Tracking Information. The Parts Tracking dialog box appears.
Tip: Click the column headers to sort the information.
Select a vendor
On the Parts Tracking dialog box, click Order All. The Vendor Selection dialog box appears.
Print a purchase order
On the Parts Tracking dialog box, click Print.
