Graphics Report

Use the Graphics report to print a set of information for each CEG or ATG repair line in an estimate which has a Labor Operation of Remove/Replace.

The vehicle year, make, and model, the date and time, RO number (if applicable), claim number, and estimate ID appear in the header. Trademark and copyright information appears in the footer.

The body of the report displays the following:

  • Graphic reference number for CEG items that have associated graphics. A blank label prints for CEG items that have no associated graphics and ATG items.
  • Part number, price, and description.
  • Estimate line number.
  • Part repair lines (grouped by graphic).
  • Graphic.

A page break separates each part/graphic group.

If the estimate contains parts from the same ATG and CEG sections, both graphics print, even if they appear to be identical. (In these cases, ATG part information and graphic appear before the CEG information.)

 

How to

  1. Open and calculate the estimate.
  2. On the CEG or ATG tab, select a part so its image appears on the Graphic tab.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Graphics, and on the report preview, click Print. The Print dialog box appears.
  4. Change the print settings as needed, and click OK to print the report.
