Select complete and correct
Total Loss Prompt functionality is available when you enter an ACV Threshold amount on the Valuation tab.
All selected options print on the estimate reports.
How to
- In an open estimate, click the Vehicle tab, and then click the Options subtab. Look at the top left for information about the selected Vehicle.

In the Categories area, click the category of options you want to select. Options included on the vehicle are selected by default in the Standard Options list.
Note: Options under the Labor Adj category have a direct impact on Mitchell database labor.
- Select the Factory Options that are on the vehicle. To add options or accessories that are not listed, click Additional Equipment, and manually enter the information.
- In an open estimate, click the Vehicle tab, and then click the Options subtab. Look at the top left for information about the selected Vehicle.
- In the Categories list, select a category type. Then, in the Options list, select the options for the vehicle. To clear a selected option, click it again. Do this for each category that applies to the select vehicle.
- Click Additional Equipment, and enter explanatory or descriptive information about any of the listed Equipment/accessories, or add equipment/accessories that are not listed.
