Ref Sheet Tab (Reference Sheet)

Use the Ref Sheet tab to enter repair information that is not part of the OEM parts list.

The Ref Sheet consists of the following repair categories:

Manually enter a part price. The labor operation defaults to AC and cannot be changed.

Manually enter labor time and/or a part price. The labor operation defaults to AO and cannot be changed.

Manually enter repair lines for generic items. Complete each repair line field that applies, which can include labor time, part prices, part number, type, description, and so on.

Manually enter repair lines for special/manua entryl. Complete each repair line field that applies, which can include labor time, part prices, part number, type, description, and so on.

How to

On the Repair tab, click the Ref Sheet tab.

  1. Click a category (Additional Costs & Materials, Additional Operations, Body Components, Special/Manual Entry). Available subcategories appear in the pane to the right of the categories.
  2. Click a subcategory . Available items appear in the pane below the subcategories.
  3. Double-click (or drag and drop)  the item you want to add to the repair lines.
  4. Complete each repair line field that applies.
