The estimate is not committed.
Mitchell Estimating
You need to commit your estimate.
Calculate the estimate.
On the File menu, do one of the following:
Click Commit.
Click Commit & Close.
Click Commit, Print, & Close.
The Title bar indicates that this is a committed estimate and displays the supplement and correction number (both are 0 for the original estimate). These numbers are incremented each time a change is made that generates a supplement or correction.
If Automatic Export is active, but the export folder has been deleted, you are prompted to create the folder. Click Yes to automatically create the export folder and export the estimate to it.
CCC
You need to lock your estimate in your estimating software.
Audatex
You need to mark your estimate as complete in your estimating software.
After entering your VIN or claim number, are you being prompted asked for an Organization ID, User ID, and Password?
