Use the Labor/Tax Rates Profile tab to set labor and tax rates used when calculating estimates.
Note about Canadian tax fields: The GST Tax or HST Tax and the Include Method fields are located in the lower-right section of the Labor/Tax Rates tab.
Use Tiered Tax to set different tax rates for different dollar amounts. You can also set a cap (threshold), above which no tax is charged. The following examples show tiered tax settings.
