Additional Labor Operations

You can include additional labor on any repair line to further define the added labor as needed.

Here are some guidelines:

  • If the labor operation is the same as the original line, you are prompted to enter the labor units.
  • If you create a Body Component or Special/Manual Entry repair line item entry for additional labor only, you cannot include other additional labor lines.
  • Additional costs and additional operations cannot have additional labor applied.

How to

  1. Select the repair line to which Additional Labor applies, and on the Edit menu, click Add Additional Labor Line.
  2. To further define the added labor units, you can choose another labor operation.

  3. Type the Labor Units value, and press Enter.

    The additional labor line is added below the original repair line.
