Use the Maintain Dispatches dialog box to view a list of the dispatches retrieved from the host. The dispatches are listed by User ID.
You can view, print, and delete these dispatches. You can manually view dispatches or configure communications to automatically display dispatches at the completion of a communication session. (See Setting Up Host Transactions.)
How to
- On the Utilities menu, point to Host Communications and click Maintain Dispatches.
- On the List Dispatches dialog box, double-click the dispatch you want to view.
- On the System Info menu, click Configuration, point to Configure Communications, and then click Configure Host Transactions.
- On the Host Transaction - Selectable Upload dialog box, under Host to Local, select the Display Dispatches check box.

Click OK. The next time a host session ends, the List Dispatches dialog box will automatically appear.
- Select the dispatches you want to delete, and click Delete.
- Select the items you want to print, and click Print.
